Position Description: Manager, Marketing Information
As Manager, Marketing Information, you will orchestrate and control the flow of data between the agency, clients and outside suppliers for all project communication streams. The suppliers you will direct in the support of our projects include list, data, telemarketing, web, DRTV, lettershop and product fulfillment. Superb analytical, communication, implementation and follow-up skills are a must.

Competencies

• 5+ years experience in a direct marketing, database, telemarketing or agency environment
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Project management experience in a virtual team environment
• Experience in defining project data requirements, creating project plans and overseeing their execution
• Experience with scripting and related programming for IBTM/OBTM a plus
• Experience with lead tracking/lead disposition
• Familiarity with database management tools
• Understanding of direct mail data processing (NCOA, Merge/Purge, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, MIS, or related field

Required Skills

• Possess the ability to prioritize and multi task to support dynamic marketing programs
• Be a self-starter with an analytical approach to problem solving
• Be goal oriented and implementation driven
• Experience with report design, graphic presentations (PowerPoint), Microsoft Office & Visio
• Knowledge of computer systems (i.e. PC client/server and midrange environments)
• Familiarity with data file transfer processes between various applications and platforms
• Ability to gather, interpret and analyze data and provide reports for forecasting, planning and reading results
• Will have a strong can-do attitude
• Can think outside the box and provide creative project solutions
• Should be inquisitive and be able to flourish in a dynamic team environment
• Loves to be cutting edge and technology driven
• Is a nice person
