Position Description: Senior Account Executive
The Senior Account Executive will play a key role in supporting integrated pharmaceutical and health insurance accounts from program development and presentations, to execution with creative team and other media needs. The chosen candidate should have strong communications skills and experience in both consumer and B2B environments. Our immediate need is to support one of our health insurance client accounts.

Competencies

• Rational strategic thinking for program development
• Daily and ongoing management of client activities including program planning, creative development and implementation
• Overseeing internal coordination necessary to meet program objectives and goals
• Coordinating with any outside marketing partners on behalf of the client
• Project management experience in a virtual team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Required Skills

• 8-10 years advertising/marketing experience, with at least 8 of them in direct response. Agency side preferable, but client side very acceptable based on experience.
• Experience with list buying, customer database management and processing
• Experience with global brands is a bonus
• Organizational and management skills a must
• You should have a proven record developing fully-integrated direct marketing programs to drive leads and conversions, along with CRM experience to drive brand loyalty
• Possess the ability to prioritize and multi-task to support dynamic marketing programs
• Experience with report design, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office & Visio
• The Perfect Candidate will have a strong can-do attitude, can think outside the box and provide creative project solutions, should be inquisitive and be able to flourish in a dynamic team environment, loves to be cutting edge and technology driven and is a nice person with a sense of humor.
